The Hermitage Hotel Mt Cook Aoraki / Mount Cook

A little outdated venue, however there were good staff and location. The restaurant was good for dinner and breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. Late check-out was useful;))

We had a really unforgettable experience staying here. We loved our room, it was newly remodelled. Clean facilities and the pool was very clean. The restaurant here was terrific.

Easy location, absolutely fabulous rooms with priceless views. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have quiet beds. So many affordable options for breakfast, such as bacon and meats.

We loved generous breakfast, extraordinary room, the best location. Great beds and climate control, Wi-Fi and terrace. All personnel were more than helpful, so patient! Reasonably clean hotel and good service. Besides, it had excellent internet, handy to surf the net.

Scenic views, amazing beach, amazing pool. There were complimentary WiFi, climate control and coffee in the room, liked that. Breakfast was particularly good, especially bacon and meats, the best I've ever had. Fast check-out too.

Best staff, personalized service. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was spectacular. Bright and soundproof room, modern design. Breakfast had lots of food, including fine grits and sausages. Early check-in, late check-out.

The service was decent and staff were really very nice. Plenty of supplies in the room: Nespresso coffee, air conditioning and WiFi. Roof top bar was lively. Set near a valley and mountains, it was a plus.

Such great stay in a legendary hotel. The location was handy, the room was non smoking, the bed was super comfortable. So lovely breakfast and variety of goodies.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Nice base for discovering Aoraki / Mount Cook. Large bed for sleeping. Moreover, WiFi worked in all rooms.

We had an ENJOYABLE 2 nights stay. By the way, to access the net we paid NZD 5 per 24 hours.

Rooms with a spectacular view. Very clean and well-kept place. We went to see department of conservation and governors bush walk nearby.
